Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Store Operations Manager in Alabama to lead in-store operational execution, freight scheduling, and the Feed to Floor process while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficient backroom and floor operations.

You will oversee the Inventory Control Specialist duties, maintain standards, and ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and security processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required and supervisory experience recommended.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling in-store.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and inventory control standards.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed.
