Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior store operations and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution in freight, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support the Store Manager.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and inventory control standards.
• Operate forklift, baler, POS, and related equipment as needed.
• Ensure backroom, dock, and security standards are maintained.
