Bob's Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in North Canton, OH to drive operational excellence on the showroom floor and oversee back-end operations. This full-time, on-site role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability and a focus on leading teams while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage logistics, inventory control, and showroom merchandising, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and coach staff to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Sales and showroom merchandising knowledge.
• Experience leading backend operations.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance procedures.
