Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor leads store operations, ensuring readiness and execution of shipments, replenishment, and inventory control. Reports to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, with emphasis on coaching and maintaining store standards.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
