Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach in real time
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary by store size and business complexity.
