Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for our new Kennesaw store. The role combines leadership on the sales floor with oversight of back-end operations, logistics, and team development to drive exceptional customer experiences.

Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is required for this full-time, on-site position. You will support store performance, implement our operational standards, and help execute The Bob’s Way.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Oversee front-end and back-end operations, including logistics and inventory control.
• Drive customer experience improvements and store performance through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and policy adherence on a daily basis.
