Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of experience in retail management or hospitality with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day management and coordination of the retail program to achieve goals efficiently.
• Ensures standard work is followed and applies Lean management concepts to direct reports.
• Develops and revises standard work, policies, procedures, and processes for the retail program.
• Manages relationships with Security, Facilities, Site Support Services and IT/Vendors.
• Leads hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
