Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley seeks a Retail Coordinator to oversee daily gift shop operations, including merchandising, inventory and POS activities. You will lead volunteers on the shop floor, ensure accuracy in stock, pricing, tagging and reporting to management, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in retail, strong merchandising, POS and inventory skills, and the ability to train volunteers. On-site work at SHC Tri-Valley with room for growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with volunteers or staff.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Understanding of inventory management and stock control processes.
