You will supervise staff, mentor teammates, and help ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with hospital policies and goals.

You will partner with the Patient Care Manager to coordinate operations, drive process improvements, and lead staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises patient care staff and operations for assigned shift.
• Supports administrative coordination and policy implementation.
• Mentors staff and coordinates staff development and performance evaluation.
• Collaborates with the Patient Care Manager and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participates in continuous quality and process improvement.
