Job summary

At Home is hiring an Operations Lead (PT) to support store processes and a robust selling culture. You will oversee opening/closing, team delegation, and adherence to company standards while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, ensure customer satisfaction, and execute the daily workload. The role requires lifting, mobility, and a hands-on approach in a warehouse-format store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal/written).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, traffic, and customer experience.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload; delegate tasks to achieve goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve productivity.
• Handle freight processes, stock shelves, and maintain neat, organized merchandising.
