Work World is hiring an Assistant Retail Operations Manager in Reno, NV. This full-time role supports store operations, customer service, and team development, working nights and weekends with a $22–$26 per hour range. The position requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience a plus. Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail and leadership is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and assist in training.
• Support daily operations with the Store Manager.
• Open/close procedures and manage daily deposits.
• Receive and organize merchandise shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance.
