Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will help train Associates, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized back rooms and sales floors.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication and teamwork. Flexible schedules include nights and weekends, with competitive pay and benefits at TJX.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with the Duty Coordinator to maintain flow of goods and priorities.
