• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and training others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Organize back stock, rotate stock, and ensure proper tagging and signage.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Collaborate with management on training and priorities.
