Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure merchandise is processed efficiently onto the sales floor
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintain backroom organization and stock rotation
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
