Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a focused retail team member to support receiving and merchandising standards while delivering excellent customer service. You will help ensure smooth operations and a clean, organized store.

The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and involves training others. You will work with the management team to maintain tagging accuracy, stock organization, and adherence to safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding.
