Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Store Key Holder for our Evansville location. This full-time, hourly management role supports the Store Manager with daily operations, staff development, and achieving performance goals while upholding Goodwill’s mission.

The position offers an hourly rate of $15.25 and requires 40 hours per week with weekend availability. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, with flexibility to accommodate diverse communication styles and abilities.
• Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including scheduling labor, maintaining supplies, ensuring branding and security, and managing donations in accordance with Goodwill policies.
• Stay informed on product trends, perform janitorial tasks, and participate in Goodwill events, while maintaining punctuality and a positive customer and donor experience.
