This full-time, hourly management role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, and achieving service goals, while upholding Goodwill's mission. You will work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, with weekend availability, and you will handle inventory, pricing, cash handling, and ensure a positive customer and donor experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and staffing.
