Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Store Key Holder to support daily store operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and assist with growth opportunities. The full-time role requires weekend availability and an 8-hour shift, with a $15.25 hourly rate.

You will collaborate with store leadership to ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and cash handling, and help develop team members while upholding Goodwill policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and team development.
• Provide top-tier customer service and maintain clean, safe facilities.
• Oversee product logistics, pricing, stocking, and cash handling.
• Train, supervise and develop team members; conduct audits.
