Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is hiring a Store Key Holder to support daily store operations and team growth. You will help the Store Manager manage staff, volunteers, and donors while ensuring excellent service and efficient operations.

The role is full-time, with a scheduled 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check and have reliable transportation. High school diploma preferred.

• Manage inventory and product logistics, including pricing and stocking, using data-driven insights.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members and conduct audits for improvements.
• Oversee cash handling and store finance reporting, including daily deposits.
