Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Retail Operations Team Lead in the Odessa, TX area to champion efficiency and excellent customer service. You will greet customers, manage in-stock merchandise, and support daily store operations while promoting our credit program and protection plans.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, leadership ability, a flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays, and comfort with lifting up to 70 lbs. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

• Ability to lead, guide and mentor store employees.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to best serve the needs of our customers.
• Lead and execute key operational functions to ensure store efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall store readiness.
• Maintain a neat and orderly store environment including merchandising, planograms, product displays and stocking shelves.
• Lead by example, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store leadership by serving as Floor Leader and opening and closing the store.
