Job summary

Sephora in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Operations Leader responsible for driving store operations and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain Sephora standards in presentation and maintenance.

You’ll coach and develop teammates, foster inclusivity, and promote a culture of accountability while ensuring accurate scheduling and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities
