Job summary

Sephora in Perrysburg, OH is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store excellence and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail operations or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hourly position with 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, events, and store maintenance.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve goals.
• Coach and develop team members, teaching operational processes, selling behaviors and metrics.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower everyone.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
