Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Maintain compliance with dashboards and complete inventory and replenishment processes.
• Train and mentor new Task Associates and coach peers for peak productivity.
• Protect assets with loss prevention best practices and guest service
