Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Lead in Oregon to ensure operational excellence and support for sales drivers, while maintaining a premier guest experience in-store. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in retail operations or similar roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Assist in training of new Task Associates and cross-training of other associates.
• Lead with peers to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates throughout the store to grow the business.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas and protect assets through loss prevention practices.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
