As a leader, you will train and guide sales staff, manage stock levels, operate POS systems, and ensure adherence to Policies and Procedures. The position emphasizes customer experience and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations and merchandising to optimize sales.
• Lead, train, and coach associates; support development and performance reviews.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks; act as leader on duty.
• Oversee inventory, audits, and stock replenishment; manage displays and promotions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash in line with policies.
• Maintain store standards and ensure policy and ethics compliance.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and cycle counts.
• Ensure a safe, clean, pet-safe environment; assist with online orders and curbside pickup.
