Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and stay organized.
• Attention to detail and visually appealing store layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Mentor, onboard, coach, and provide performance feedback.
• Delegate daily tasks and act as leader on duty when needed.
• Address associate concerns and recognize engagement.
• Execute merchandising strategies and manage stock replenishment.
• Operate POS systems and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain store standards and uphold policies and ethics.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cycle counts.
• Ensure pets in care are healthy and safe.
