The role includes opening/closing duties, maintaining displays, assisting in merchandise handling, payroll tasks, and loss prevention while upholding company policies and a positive guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Act as the location's primary closing manager.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll records, and cash deposits.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Lead and train Store Associates; ensure safe, respectful environment.
