Safelite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a retail location and direct front-line associates to deliver a memorable customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, cash handling, inventory control, loss prevention, safety and store appearance.

You will motivate teams, provide cross-training for stability, train on installation techniques, manage work orders and vehicle logistics, and ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to local regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in retail or service center environments helpful.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead associates to maximize productivity and deliver world-class service.
• Handle customer complaints and warranty issues.
• Manage work orders and routing of mobile jobs; ensure timely transit.
