Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to ensure smooth retail store operations in New York. You will lead daily activities, manage payroll and scheduling, and collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize budgets and P&L data.

You will also drive guest experience, maintain inventory accuracy, and execute company directives at the store level, fostering an inclusive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor hours and managing projects or processes.
• Experience with payroll and budgeting in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget and key metrics like P&L and expenses to inform planning.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient retail floor operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours.
