You will monitor inventory with the Warehouse Manager, address customer complaints, support sales staff, keep the store merchandised, and schedule staffing in a cost-effective way.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate operations with Service Manager
• Monitor and maintain in-store inventory with Warehouse Manager
• Address and resolve customer complaints, returns, and warranties
• Support of sales staff
• Ensure store is well merchandised at all times and in working order
• Scheduling to ensure adequate, cost-effective staffing.
