Job summary

Thuma is seeking an Associate Store Manager to lead daily operations, inventory, and storefront presentation in our Denver showroom. You will manage a team, uphold premium guest experiences, and drive performance across systems like Netsuite, Shopify, and Gladly.

The role requires strong leadership, detail orientation, and the ability to balance customer care with efficient back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of retail leadership experience in premium environments.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Experience with Netsuite, Shopify and Gladly.
• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Experience in furniture/home/luxury retail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and guest care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct operational functions including inventory management and stock organization.
• Lead daily operational standards, opening/closing, store organization, cleanliness, visual presentation.
• Evaluate performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and guest experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Direct work of store associates; coach, develop, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism.
• Serve as operational expert across systems to support team.
