Job summary

Thuma in Denver is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to be a hands-on retail leader on the sales floor, delivering a premium, hospitality-driven guest experience while driving sales and supporting daily store operations.

You will coach associates in real-time selling, build meaningful guest relationships, and model store standards. The role partners with the Store Manager to maintain a high-performing showroom and to develop the team in a fast-paced design-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of retail sales leadership in premium or design-focused environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales, influence team performance and guest experience.
• Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, hospitality-driven guest experience and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Drive sales through active selling, product expertise and client engagement.
• Lead on the sales floor with real-time coaching and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture aligned with Thuma values.
• Support showroom operations, inventory, merchandising and store standards.
• Ensure policy compliance and partner with leadership to boost store performance.
