Thuma is seeking a proactive Retail Associate for our Cherry Creek location in Denver. You will deliver warm, personalized service, maintain visual standards, and share strong product knowledge as part of a collaborative team.

Role requires 1-2 years in retail, weekend/holiday availability, and clear communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly are a bonus. Join us to represent a modern design brand and support both in-store and ecommerce experiences.

Qualifications

• In-person at Thuma store in Cherry Creek, Denver.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• 1-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
• Keen attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Shopify, NetSuite and Gladly are a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized service to every guest.
• Maintain store visual identity and merchandise stock.
• Demonstrate product and brand knowledge.
• Collaborate to meet daily goals and support store success.
• Operate POS, inventory management, and clienteling systems.
• Act as Thuma Brand Ambassador and build client relationships.
• Support ecommerce team by responding to customer service emails as needed.
• Assist in cafe operations, taking orders and serving customers.
• Support back-of-house operations and maintain store cleanliness.
