Airgas is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Tulsa, OK. The role supports the Branch Manager in daily operations, profitability, and customer service across retail store, warehousing, and distribution functions.

You will lead a small team, manage inventory, collaborate with sales and vendors, and drive safety and compliance while supporting growth in key market segments. Monday–Friday daytime hours with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales or inventory control; or completion of Airgas Branch Management Trainee program.
• Excellent oral and written communication; well organized; problem solving; strong service orientation; interpersonal skills and ability to influence, work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead two or more employees in day-to-day operations of the retail store, including compliance, retail sales, warehousing and distribution.
• Support scheduling and performance management for store personnel.
• Run reports and analyze sales and operational KPIs.
• Mentor the team to reach regional goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety rules.
