Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations in Tucson. You will oversee inventory, coaching, and customer experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and achieving key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Able to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and use standard office equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data to inform policies.
• Polite and respectful communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOP changes to employees.
• Coach, train, and develop store team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Assist in managing labor budget.
