Responsibilities

• Oversee Retail Store Operations throughout the corporation.
• Act as a liaison between Senior Management and store employees.
• Analyze and evaluate monthly sales reports for each location.
• Oversee store budgeting and variable expenses.
• Teach and train store operations managers on budgeting.
• Assist with implementing sales growth.
• Support the hiring and termination process of employees.
• Assist with daily employee issues.
• Help maintain a legal and compliant workplace.
