Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited school or FPGEC; PharmD or Baccalaureate degree required.
• Active pharmacist license in at least one state; willing to obtain additional licensure within six months.
• Immunization certification and BLS training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site pharmacist coverage across multiple locations in the region to support continuity during scheduled and unscheduled absences.
• Perform standard pharmacist duties: clinical review of medication orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness; oversee dispensing and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and care coordinators to address medication-related concerns and ensure timely therapy access.
• Supervise pharmacy technician workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and procedural adherence.
• Monitor controlled substance documentation to ensure DEA/state Board compliance.
