Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Lead Pharmacist to direct and supervise pharmacy operations, ensuring licensure compliance and program effectiveness. This role reports to the Director of Pharmacy and leads staff pharmacists and technicians across multiple sites.

The position requires a Michigan pharmacist license, leadership experience, and strong communication. Responsibilities include policy development, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives within the Pharmacy department.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist leader with relevant management experience.
• Current Michigan pharmacist license.
• Experience with 340B program preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct, develop, implement and evaluate pharmacy program areas.
• Oversee staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure licensure compliance and continuing education.
• Collaborate with Director to set goals and staffing plans.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Maintain stock of essential drugs and supply.
