Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist - Operations to oversee pharmacy services, production, and operations within the facility in Las Vegas, NV. You will ensure safe, accurate dispensing and compliance with state and professional regulations, and you will attend MRB meetings.

You will lead staff, train employees, write or collaborate on SOPs, and work with IT to optimize the pharmacy management system, inventory control, and department budgeting.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a pharmacist in the specified states.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs pharmacy services and operations.
• Ensures compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
• Provides strategic direction for the department.
• Develops policies for dispensing and labeling of compounded drugs.
• Manages procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
• Oversees preparation, compounding, and dispensing of medications.
• Conducts audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manages the department budget.
• Collaborates with other departments to support operations.
• Partners with IT to optimize the management system and inventory control.
• Oversees personnel management.
