Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, invites you to join as a Key Carrier in our Del Rio store. This role blends leadership with hands-on customer service, alternating with Coordinator duties to keep the store running smoothly.

You must be flexible, including nights and weekends, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior retail or leadership experience is preferred, with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Provides coaching to Associates and feedback as needed
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
