Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Costa Mesa, CA. The role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency in store operations, collaborating with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, and providing feedback to achieve optimal results in all store activities.

The position requires movement around the store, fulfillment of inventory processes, and maintaining strong visual standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely execution of duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement throughout store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Aligns with ALO’s guiding principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management and maximize inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and stock management.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships to optimize operations.
• Ensure safe, efficient stockroom practices and work environment.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests.
• Implement operations directives with the Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
