Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house operations in a high-volume retail environment.
• Able to communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and maneuver around stock rooms and sales floors.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within Units per Hour goals, including markups/markdowns and RFID tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment.
• Manage Ship to Home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets.
• Process retickets, create tags, and attach RFID tags.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory per guidelines.
• Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service.
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions and follow policy for returns and discounts.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Balance operational tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Participate in visual merchandising of the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation standards following guidelines.
• Provide feedback to Management on product opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with RL values.
