Job summary

Ralph Lauren is hiring an Operations Support Associate for Polo Ralph Lauren stores in Orlando to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle deliveries, stock room organization, RFID inspections, and assist sales floor staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.

This entry-level role offers exposure to store operations, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while supporting inventory accuracy and store standards across shifts, including possible full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• Back of house experience or similar industry in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash-wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and RFID inventory scans to support replenishment.
• Inspect deliveries, verify packaging and sensor/tag placement.
• Manage Ship to Home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Complete replenishment and stock room resets.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory per guidelines.
• Create memorable customer experiences and assist on the sales floor.
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store standards.
