Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Associate to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our retail stores, from receiving deliveries to stockroom organization and on-floor support. This role focuses on inventory management, customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include processing freight, RFID scans, stock checks, and assisting store staff with merchandise delivery while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house or similar high-volume specialty environment preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around stock/dressing room and sales floor.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and RFID inventory for floor replenishment.
• Inspect deliveries, verify packaging, and apply RFID tags.
• Handle Ship to Home orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Support sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Provide memorable customer experiences and assist on the sales floor.
• Maintain store presentation and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with the team.
