Job summary

Guitar Center is hiring an Operations Associate to support stock movement and product presentation in our stores. You will manage shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and merchandising to ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers.

The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, the ability to work in a loud environment, and availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours
• Must be able to work weekends, holiday, and evenings

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items
• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution)
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP)
• Shrink awareness and control
• Additional duties as assigned
