Responsibilities

• Maintains retail services cost accounting records for assigned locations.
• Compiles monthly sales reports comparing current sales with previous year’s sales and computes percentage changes.
• Prepares various reports and maintains price lists, logs and ledgers with accuracy.
• Receives and verifies merchandise invoices and notifies vendors of discrepancies.
• Maintains stock control records and posts transfers, receipts and returns in the computer system.
• Processes payroll time cards and supports payroll staff as needed.
