Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of guest service experience, and strong English communication. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and collaborate across departments.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year guest service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with other departments and have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Mansioni

• Ensures bank is counted and balanced with safe.
• Receive and process new merchandise.
• Maintain orderly and neat presentation of retail merchandise.
• Perform duties related to replenishment and stocking of inventory.
• Monitor and report any problems or issues with regard to the operation of retail shop to Retail Manager.
• Provides excellent customer service to both guest and internal clients.
• Must comply with all applicable ACF System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.
