Job summary

Kith in Williamsburg is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to manage the flow of merchandise from central delivery to the sales floor, under the Operations Management team. You will help keep the back of house organized and ensure products are readily available for clients.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail operations, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail operations experience.
• 1+ years in a retail/apparel environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Streamline product flow by partnering with Store Leadership.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product availability for clients.
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly, welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the sales floor team to deliver products promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Complete assigned tasks before/after store hours.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and store strategies.
• Assist with housekeeping and standard retail operations.
