Job summary

Kith is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate for the Men's Store in Soho to manage merchandise flow from the central delivery point to the retail sales floor. The role is part of a team led by the Operations Management team and helps keep the store operating at an efficient capacity.

Responsibilities include following Standard Operating Procedures to keep product available for clients, assisting with inventories, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and delivering exceptional in-store

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• 1–2 years in retail operations; 1+ year in retail/apparel is a plus.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership to streamline the product cycle and ensure availability for clients.
• Follow SOPs to keep product ready for customers and accurate in system.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and assist with inventories and visual initiatives.
• Work with sales-floor team to deliver product promptly to customers.
• Participate in physical inventories and merchandising initiatives as needed.
