Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc. is seeking a CB2 Operations Associate in Miami to help maintain an efficient stockroom and support the sales floor. You will ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory, and attractive store displays while following store policies and safety guidelines.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will collaborate with the store team to learn and use relevant systems, assist in pricing and promotions, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport.
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory procedures.
• Experience with customer service and sales floor support.
• Ability to learn and use store systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Stock products and keep displays ready for customers.
• Receive and process shipments; handle curbside and ship-from-store orders.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform stock checks.
• Maintain organized stockroom and assist with floor maintenance.
• Greet customers and respond to questions; escalate to management as needed.
• Uphold safety and loss prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates and Visual Merchandiser on floor changes.
• Notify team about new items, shortages, or overages.
